Job description
Paycom - ATS is seeking an Executive Director (LNFA) for Beacon Hill Denison, TX to lead operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will drive EBITDAR, census growth, and resident care while ensuring regulatory readiness and stakeholder satisfaction.
The role reports to the Regional Vice President, requires Texas LNFA licensing, and 3–5 years LNFA experience in SNF environments with strong leadership and financial acumen. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities available.
