Job description
Genentech is seeking an Executive Director of Targeting, Optimization, & Measurement within Insights & Analytics. This role leads scalable analytics across the commercial lifecycle, driving growth through NBA engines, segmentation, and MMM.
You will guide analytical product investments, embed AI into analytics, and ensure governance and executive-ready insights. The position is based in South San Francisco with domestic relocation benefits; remote work is not considered.
