Vanderbilt Health's Tennessee Memory Care Assessment Network (MCAN) seeks an Executive Program Director in Nashville to provide strategic and operational leadership, coordinating statewide partners and standardizing care pathways for dementia, with a five-year plan.
The role builds and supervises the program management team, manages milestones and reporting to the Tennessee Department of Health, and drives sustainability through revenue, workforce, and community partnerships.
