Job description
Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead program operations at our Campton, New Hampshire campus. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of program performance, staff management and service delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
The Executive Director acts as a liaison to state agencies and partners, driving a trauma-informed, mission-driven environment for staff and residents.
