Job description
CBIZ Talent Solutions has partnered with University Academy Foundation (UAF) in search of their future Executive Director. UAF supports University Academy students from elementary school through college completion, career launch, and beyond, providing lifelong support that helps students achieve their academic and professional aspirations.
This is an opportunity to:
Lead a mission-driven organization dedicated to college readiness, college completion, career success, and lifelong alumni support.
Serve as the chief ambassador and relationship builder with donors, community leaders, alumni, families, and strategic partners.
Drive fundraising growth and revenue diversification to expand opportunities for current students and alumni.
Partner closely with a committed Board while helping shape the next chapter of impact for one of Kansas City's most inspiring educational organizations.
