UnityPoint Health seeks an experienced healthcare leader to oversee administrative and operational functions of Women’s & Newborn Services across two Iowa campuses, including NICU and obstetrics. The Director provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership to care delivery, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
The role focuses on labor and delivery, mom/baby, NICU, neonatal transport, and related programs, driving data-informed improvements and cross-department collaboration.
