Job description
Hicksville Boys and Girls Club seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization, advance its mission, and guide strategy and operations. You will work closely with the Board, manage programs, finances, fundraising, and community relations to expand services for youth and families.
The role requires strong leadership, nonprofit management experience, and a commitment to safety, inclusion, and youth development. Availability for community engagement is expected.
