Job description
LCG is seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead the company’s federal growth strategy and drive new business across the government IT services market. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will lead the Growth function, including BD, capture, proposal management, and pipeline strategy.
The role demands hands-on leadership of priority captures, development of scalable processes, and alignment with the CEO and Leadership Team to expand LCG’s federal footprint in CMS, CDC, and VA.
