Job description

AlphaStaffHCM in the United States is seeking an experienced General Counsel to lead the Legal Department and advise on employment matters, contracts, data privacy, governance, and compliance.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will interact with the CEO and Board, oversee litigation, benefits compliance, AI governance, and privacy programs, and align legal strategy with business goals.
