QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years leading hospitality, tourism, hotels, resorts, restaurants, attractions, or multi-unit operation
Proven success leading complex operations and developing exceptional leadership team
Strong financial and operational expertise
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skill
High emotional intelligence
Unquestioned integrity
Passion for hospitality
