CASCADA is seeking a General Manager to oversee the Thermal Springs, Spa and Fitness operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals. The role collaborates across departments and reports to the Managing Director.
You will lead staff development, implement standard operating procedures, and partner with facilities and housekeeping to maintain high spa standards. This key leadership position is based at our Portland wellness facility.
