Job description
Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment seeks a Head of Operations for its premier live-entertainment venue in Manhattan. You will own the P&L, drive guest experience, and translate strategy into disciplined on-site execution across show operations, F&B, guest services, security, and facilities.
We expect 15+ years in venue operations or related leadership, a proven track record of financial performance, and the ability to lead a high-accountability, non-traditional-hours team.
