Job description
Sound Physicians in Fresno, California, is seeking a Hospital Medicine Medical Director to lead the program across three facilities with 110+ FTEs. This role focuses on clinical excellence, operational leadership, and collaboration with physician leadership and hospital executives.
You will drive quality improvements, mentor teams, recruit and develop staff, and partner with site leaders to meet contract objectives while ensuring strong financial performance and safe patient care.
