Job description
High Dive in Birmingham, AL seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations of a hospitality and entertainment concept. The GM will oversee food, beverage, dining, outdoor activity, and events, guiding a team of ~25 staff and several managers and shift leaders.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role requires hands-on leadership, P&L accountability, and a proven track record in live music or high-volume hospitality environments.
