Job description
The Ghoman Group seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager for Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lebanon in Lebanon, Indiana. You will lead hotel operations, drive revenue, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional guest service while coordinating with department heads and external partners.
Ideal candidates bring 15–20 years in hospitality, luxury/international exposure, and 5–10 years in GM roles, with a university degree in hotel management.
