Job description
International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) is seeking a Chief of Human Resources to lead a comprehensive, data-driven people strategy across campuses. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to attract, develop, retain and engage top talent while transforming HR to a proactive strategic function.
The role requires at least 5 years in HR leadership within a regulated, multi-site environment, with strong analytics, change management and policy expertise.
