Job description
The JCC Association of North America is looking for a Chief Operating Officer/Director of Development for the JCC of the North Shore in Marblehead, MA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, donor cultivation, and event planning skills with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
This role will involve overseeing fundraising efforts, managing budgets, and directing departments. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, with a salary range of $115-125K based on experience, along with a benefits package.
