Job description
BGCDC is seeking a visionary CEO to lead a community-rooted, multi-site organization with significant scale and impact.
The CEO will partner with the Board, staff, donors, and partners to guide strategy, strengthen capacity, diversify revenue, and advance outcomes for Dane County youth. The role requires financial stewardship, talent development, and strong external credibility to sustain growth and deepen public understanding of BGCDC’s daily impact.
