Job description
Prime Residential in San Diego seeks a General Manager for a single large community (900+ units) to own the P&L, drive NOI, and lead a multi‑layer onsite team.
You will execute the ownership business plan with regional partners, optimize revenue, control expenses, supervise leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
The role requires 5+ years in multifamily property management, strong financial literacy, and a proven track record of team leadership.
