Job description
Upper Big Blue NRD in York, Nebraska seeks a General Manager to serve as chief executive and supervising officer, directing day-to-day administration under an elected board.
The successful candidate will lead a multi-department public organization, oversee budgets, coordinate with local/state/federal partners, and provide strong leadership in groundwater, conservation, and regulatory programs while engaging with landowners, municipalities, and the public.
