What You'll Do
Engage with warm, qualified leads; we feed you, you close
Assess borrower needs and match them with the perfect loan product
Build and manage a pipeline that’s always moving, always growing
Own the loan process from first call to final closing
Collaborate with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams to keep deals tight and clean
Stay sharp on industry trends, lending guidelines, and regulatory updates
Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and charisma
Requirements
2+ years in mortgage lending or loan origination
Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals
Deep knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance
High-energy communicator with a client-first mindset
Obsessed with follow-up, precision, and speed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
Licensed and ready to roll (or willing and able to get licensed fast)
