Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and drive profitability
Qualifications
Well‑versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day‑to‑day operations
Experience managing teams and overseeing business operations
Confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity
Ability to lead with integrity and motivate teams toward shared goals
Preferred: Holds a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Compensation
$82,500 - $97,500 per year
