Job description
American Indian Health and Family Services (AIHFS) in Detroit is seeking a Medical Director/Primary Care Physician to lead medical staff and oversee a family practice clinic within a new state-of-the-art facility opening Fall 2026. The role combines direct patient care with administrative leadership on the executive management team.
You will supervise physicians and mid-level providers, shape clinical policies, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with hospital partners.
