Job description
Jackson County Regional Health Center seeks a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide executive leadership for nursing and clinical services, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
The CNO will lead nursing leadership, develop policies, oversee regulatory compliance, and drive workforce strategies and clinical program development in a hospital setting. Master’s degree and RN licensure required, NE-BC preferred.
