Job description

Asante in Medford, Oregon seeks a Nursing Director responsible for 24-hour patient care, quality, safety, staff engagement, and fiscal stewardship. The Director reports to the VP of Nursing and ensures adherence to the system's mission, vision, and values while empowering staff and delivering high-quality care.

Requirements include RN licensure in Oregon, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), and at least 5 years of progressive nursing leadership. CNML and TNCC are preferred.
