Built on owned NVIDIA GPU clusters with real-estate-tuned models, Trezly's AI, Otto, operates directly within the core data system to search, price, draft, screen, and negotiate without per-token markup or external rate limits. The platform provides agents with integrated CRM, listings, transactions, marketing, and closings, while giving buyers and renters transparent valuation and negotiation tools. Trezly Verify offers modern resident screening based on live, consented bank and income signals rather than traditional credit reports, with automation for compliance. The company emphasizes data sovereignty, never selling or sharing customer data with MLSs, portals, or trade associations, and positions itself as the "super app" for real estate.

Build the company behind the platform.
Trezly is rebuilding real estate from the infrastructure up. The industry runs on a dozen disconnected tools, a different login for every step, and AI bolted onto legacy systems that never see the deal. We replaced all of it: one unified platform, a single data layer, and Otto, our proprietary conversational, voice-enabled AI running on NVIDIA H200 GPU clusters we own outright. One platform serves everyone in the transaction: agents, buyers, sellers, tenants, owners, hosts. Patent-pending, UX-obsessed, and built to become the operating system the entire industry runs on.
We are heading into a national launch and a multi-state rollout. We need the operator who makes it run.
The Role
The COO is a founding member of the executive team and a true second-in-command to the CEO. Today the CEO carries product, technology, and operations at once. Your job is to own how Trezly runs so the CEO can focus on product vision, capital, and strategic partnerships.
What you will own
Day-to-day operations, budgeting, and cross-functional execution across the entire company
The operating rhythm: OKRs, leadership syncs, and a consistent reporting cadence
Financial discipline, forecasting, and clean, board-ready reporting
Org design, hiring plans, people operations, and vendor and partner management
The operational side of a regulated, multi-state rollout across licensed entities
The systems and accountability that keep quality and speed high as the company scales
Who you are
10+ years of senior operating experience, including startup or scale-up environments
A proven builder who has taken a company from founder-led to structured, repeatable execution without losing pace
Strong across operations, finance and budgeting, org design, and cross-functional leadership
Comfortable as a true second-in-command: high ownership, low ego, decisive under pressure
Experience operating a technology, SaaS, or platform business; real estate, proptech, or a regulated industry is a strong plus
A prior COO, GM, or equivalent executive title is a strong plus
Driven by building something genuinely category-defining, not by the title on the door
