About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of executive support and data analytics? We’re seeking an Executive Operations Analyst to provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership while leveraging advanced Excel and reporting skills to drive strategic decisions. This is a unique opportunity to combine operational excellence with data-driven insights in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, reports, and models (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, Power Query).
Analyze business and financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership.
Support budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and forecasting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
