Job description
Flam is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as the operational quarterback for the CEO and leadership team in San Francisco. You’ll drive day-to-day execution, align priorities, and ensure plans become action in a fast, early-stage environment.
You will partner with Head of Sales, GTM Lead, and Partnerships to coordinate across commercial functions, run weekly exec cadences, and manage planning, board prep, and internal communications to keep the org moving.
