Job description
PopStroke Entertainment Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO in Jupiter, Florida. You will become an extension of the CEO, managing complex calendars, travel, and communications while maintaining the highest level of discretion and responsiveness.
This role requires proactive problem solving, anticipation of needs, and seamless coordination between business and personal commitments to enable the CEO to focus on strategic decisions and growth opportunities.
