Job description
Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach seeks a Director of People & Culture to partner with the General Manager on strategy and business results. You will lead recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration while ensuring legal compliance and process excellence.
The role requires 5+ years in HR with at least 3 years as a Director, SHRM/PHR preferred, and a track record of building strong teams in a hospitality setting.
