Executive Personal Assistant to FounderWe're partnering with the Founder & Creative Director of a successful, accessories brand to hire an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to serve as her right hand across both business and personal priorities.This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, confident and comfortable managing a very busy executive with a constantly changing schedule. The Founder is creative, fast-moving and has a lot happening at once, so she needs someone who can bring structure to her day, keep her focused on priorities, and stay two steps ahead.Location: Long Island / NYC — primarily based near Port Washington with regular time in NYCSchedule: Full-time / hybrid based on the Founder's scheduleRequirement: Valid driver's license and ability to work between Long Island and NYCWhat You'll DoProactively manage a complex calendar, scheduling and constantly shifting prioritiesManage and organize the Founder's inbox, flagging what needs her attention and helping ensure important items are addressedAct as a gatekeeper and point of contact across internal and external relationshipsKeep the Founder organized and on track with daily priorities, meetings, events and commitmentsCoordinate business and personal travel from start to finish• Manage personal and family calendars, appointments and commitmentsLiaise with existing household staff to help keep schedules and logistics alignedAssist with occasional errands, shopping, gifting and other personal needsJump into ad hoc projects and handle last-minute changes with a calm, solutions-oriented approachWho We're Looking For ?The ideal candidate has prior Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant experience and knows how to support a dynamic, high-energy principal.You're someone who naturally anticipates needs rather than waiting to be asked, has excellent judgment and discretion, and is comfortable being both a strategic gatekeeper and hands-on when needed.You should be organized, resourceful, tech-savvy and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the confidence to help manage priorities and keep a busy executive on track.Industry experience is not required—we're much more focused on finding the right personality, judgment and support experience.This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an entrepreneurial Founder in a highly visible, trusted role with a lot of variety and responsibility.Please submit your resume for further consideration.We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
