Job description

Position: EXECUTIVE PRODUCER & CEO PARTNER

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Status: Non-Exempt

Hours: 40 hours/week

Overview: We are looking for someone rare. Someone who loves spreadsheets and storytelling. Who gets excited about a perfectly organized calendar and a perfectly written hook. Someone who can coordinate a board meeting on Tuesday, produce a podcast on Wednesday, and spot a viral social trend before lunch on Thursday.

This role is for a detail-obsessed, creatively driven operator who serves as the right hand to our CEO. You will both protect the CEO's time and help amplify her voice, coordinating logistics one hour and producing meaningful, viral content the next. Part executive assistant. Part producer. Part creator. Entirely mission-critical. Your work will help reach millions of moms with hope, community, and Jesus.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Publishing

Turn ideas into finished, distributed content across platforms.

Support creative direction and execute content calendar of CEO-facing content, including podcasts, video, email, socials, and web.

Book guests and coordinate all details for podcast interviews.

Work with content contributors and writers to create viral content.

Produce micro-content (hooks, memes, stories, reels) for all channels.

Capture behind-the-scenes stories and real-time moments.

Secure collabs across channels.

Creative & Storytelling Support

Help shape content that connects deeply and spreads widely.

Write captions, scripts, and storytelling copy (social, reels, email, video).

Brainstorm campaign concepts, cultural moments, and launches.

Ensure all content reflects MomCo's voice: warm, bold, unexpected, Jesus-centered.

Track trends, formats, and platform language.

Bring fresh ideas and inspiration daily.

Capture ideas in meetings, travel, books, conversations, and everyday life, then develop them into future podcasts, talks, articles, books, and campaigns.

Executive Partnership

Maximize the CEO's effectiveness by managing logistics, communication, and preparation.

Own timelines, deadlines, and communication for major CEO initiatives and special projects.

Anticipate problems before they become problems.

Recommend solutions rather than waiting for direction.

Prioritize competing opportunities on behalf of the CEO.

Manage calendar, scheduling, and travel.

Anticipate daily needs and remove friction from the CEO's workflow.

Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and preparation materials.

Help execute three annual board meetings.

Provide proactive personal + professional administrative support.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Flexibly support evolving priorities as the needs of the CEO and organization grow.

Skills & Characteristics

We're looking for someone organized enough to run a calendar and creative enough to grow an audience.

High integrity and trustworthy.
