Job description
TEGNA's CBS affiliate in Fayetteville is seeking an Executive Producer to lead a dynamic newsroom and mentor a skilled team of producers. You will guide long-form storytelling, ensure strong on-air execution, and maintain high journalistic standards across platforms.
The ideal candidate has prior newsroom leadership, a track record of quality journalism, and the ability to mentor and coach staff under tight deadlines while upholding FCC guidelines and brand requirements.
