Executive Project AssistantSusquehanna is currently looking for an Executive Project Assistant to support senior leadership across various trading and business areas. In this role you will serve as the operational backbone of a fast paced, high performing team.This is a full-time, on-site five days a week opportunity in our Bala Cynwyd office.In this role, you will:Manage complex, dynamic calendars for multiple senior leaders, including scheduling across time zones and coordinating with external counterpartiesArrange detailed domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, ground transport, and itineraries) with precision and contingency planningOwn the end-to-end coordination of cross-desk initiatives, ensuring deadlines are clearly defined and trackedServe as a trusted point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, including other desks, compliance, operations, and counterpartiesWhat we're looking for:5+ years of executive or administrative support experienceFamiliarity with financial markets, trading desk operations, or brokerage environments, preferredAbility to manage multi-stakeholder calendars and international travel logisticsExperience in roles that involve critical thinking, travel planning, coordination, and project managementExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalSelf directed with sharp attention to detail and sound judgement under pressureA bachelor's degree is preferredAbility to work onsite five days in our Bala Cynwyd officeVisa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.Susquehanna is a global quantitative trading firm powered by scientific rigor, curiosity, and innovation.
