WORKABLE SOLUTIONS INVESTIGATIVE & PROTECTIVE SERVICES, LLC EXECUTIVE PROTECTION DIVISION
nNOW HIRING – EXECUTIVE PROTECTION AGENTS for MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA AREA
nAs-Needed / On-Call Assignments
nWorkable Solutions Investigative & Protective Services, LLC is actively seeking highly trained, professional, and dependable Executive Protection Agents to support protective operations for corporate executives, public officials, high-net-worth individuals, special events, dignitary movements, and other high-risk assignments.
nWe are currently hiring experienced personnel for as-needed executive protection assignments throughout Alabama and surrounding areas.
nAVAILABLE POSITIONS
nOFF-DUTY / RETIRED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
nPay Rate: $35.00 per hour
nApplicants must currently serve or have previously retired as a certified law enforcement officer in good standing and possess experience in security operations, threat assessment, protective details, or related assignments.
nARMED SECURITY OFFICERS
nPay Rate: $25.00 per hour
nApplicants must possess a current and valid:
nAlabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Armed Security Officer License
nAlabama Pistol Permit (if applicable)
nValid driver’s license with clean driving record
nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (ALL APPLICANTS)
nAll applicants MUST meet at least ONE of the following requirements:
nBe formally certified in Executive Protection through a recognized training program or academy OR
nPossess a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable Executive Protection experience
nApplicants who do not meet one of the above requirements will not be considered.
nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
nQualified applicants must possess the following:
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nProfessional appearance and demeanor at all times
nAbility to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
nStrong situational awareness and observation skills
nKnowledge of defensive tactics, de-escalation, and emergency response procedures
nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with high-profile clients
nAbility to work independently and within a protective team environment
nReliable transportation and ability to travel on short notice
nAbility to stand or remain alert for extended periods
nAbility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as assignments require
nAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
nNo felony convictions or disqualifying criminal history
nMust be physically fit and capable of performing protective security duties
nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
nPreference may be given to applicants with experience or certifications in the following areas:
nExecutive Protection / Close Protection Operations
nMilitary Police or Military Security Forces
nSWAT, Tactical Response, or Special Operations Background
nDignitary Protection
nAdvance Site Assessments
nDefensive Driving / Protective Driving
nCPR / First Aid / AED Certification
nActive Shooter Response Training
nSurveillance and Counter-Surveillance
nThreat Assessment and Risk Mitigation
nFirearms Instructor Certifications
nEmergency Management Experience
nJOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE
nExecutive Protection Agents may be assigned to perform the following duties:
nProvide armed executive protection for clients and designated personnel
nMaintain a safe and secure environment during travel, meetings, and events
nConduct site surveys and advance security assessments
nMonitor suspicious activity and identify potential threats
nCoordinate emergency response procedures when necessary
nEscort and transport clients safely to and from locations
nSecure entrances, exits, and restricted areas
nMaintain radio communications and operational awareness
nPrepare incident reports and daily activity logs
nAssist with crowd management and access control during events
nOperate in both uniformed and plainclothes assignments
nEMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
nEmployment Type: Part-Time / On-Call
nAssignments: As Needed
nFlexible Scheduling
nOpportunities for long-term assignments may become available based on performance and operational needs
