LHH Recruitment Solutions is growing our New Jersey team and looking for motivated, entrepreneurial professionals to join us as an Executive Recruiter focused on either Accounting & Finance or Human Resources recruitment.
Whether your background is in staffing, recruiting, B2B sales, technology sales, financial services, account management, or another relationship-focused industry, we'd love to connect. Recruiting experience is a plus, but a proven track record of building relationships and achieving results is what matters most.
What You'll Do
Develop and grow client relationships throughout New Jersey
Generate new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships
Source, recruit, and place top talent
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement
Build your own book of business and personal brand
Partner with hiring managers and candidates to create successful outcomes
Become a trusted advisor in your market specialization

We offer a competitive base salary combined with an uncapped commission plan designed to reward performance, growth, and entrepreneurship.
What you can expect:
Base Salary: $55,000-$80,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission plan
Additional incentives for temporary staffing business
Six-figure earning potential for recruiters performing at expected production levels
Accelerated earning opportunities for top performers
The ability to build and manage your own book of business
Performance Expectations
Year 1: $100K GP
Year 2: $200K GP
Year 3: $300K+ GP
