Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
You will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales goals.

Create & FBA Inside Sales Process
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Convert lost opportunities to sales from technicians’ invoices and sales representatives’ proposals. (From Customers while sales/service are still in home
Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.
Become an expert of your market, know the customer needs.
Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions.

Competent in Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience in Sales driven industry
Experience organizing programs and events, personable and energetic, detail oriented, experience with customer service or public relations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Typical workweek is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays five (5) days per week with some weekend work, as well as early and/or late weekday meetings with staff personnel as needed.
