Bond Health Staffing is expanding and we're looking for high-performance professionals to lead client acquisition and executive recruitment for hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. You'll be sourcing and placing leaders-CNOs, CEOs, COOs, DONs, and other senior decision-makers-at hospitals, health systems, and healthcare orgs, creating massive impact in the healthcare marketplace.
? This is a commission-only, independent contractor role. But make no mistake: This is not a side hustle. This is your vehicle to build real income, real impact, and real autonomy- on your terms.

$180K-$250K+ average earnings (executive placements only)

Client Development (40%)
Prospect hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations
Build relationships with C-suite executives and HR leaders
Secure high-value retained search agreements
Negotiate fee structures and contract terms
Executive Recruitment (45%)
Source top-tier healthcare executives nationwide
Conduct executive interviews and assessments
Manage complex interview processes and negotiations
Present winning candidate solutions to clients
Business Growth (15%)
Track performance in company CRM systems
Develop market intelligence and industry insights
Collaborate with internal teams for maximum impact
