Executive Secretary, SeniorGhostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Executive Secretary, Senior.Position Responsibilities:Provide executive-level administrative tasking by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, managing taskers, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.Position Requirements:0-3 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the positionDegree Substitution: Associate's degree plus 5 years related additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
