Job description
Citarella - The Ultimate Gourmet Market in the Hamptons is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to work with the Executive Chef to uphold Citarella’s standards for all food prepared and served at store locations. You will mentor the culinary team, supervise production and ensure on-site operations meet demanding quality and service levels.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in senior chef management, a valid Serve Safe certificate, and is bilingual in Spanish a plus.
