Job description
Next Door, operated by Wegmans, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead the kitchen alongside the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality menu offerings that create an exceptional guest experience.
You will help ensure efficient and profitable kitchen operations, lead and develop culinary team members, and collaborate with development chefs to test new recipes and bring them to life on daily menus and tasting experiences.
