Job description
Unidine is seeking an Executive Chef to support kitchen operations and maintain a safe, sanitary environment for the staff. You will oversee meal preparation in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.
You will lead back-of-house staff, manage food costs, and collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new programs. Requires 3–5 years of culinary experience and ServSafe/HACCP certification where possible.
