Executive Sous Chef
Salary: $90,000–$95,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a hands‑on Executive Sous Chef to partner with the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is a strong culinary leader who excels in team development, food quality, cost control, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, staff training, and food quality.
Assist with menu development, seasonal offerings, and special events.
Manage food costs, purchasing, inventory, and portion control.
Maintain culinary standards, food safety, and consistent execution.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef’s absence.
Qualifications:
5+ years of culinary leadership experience in a restaurant, private club, resort, or hotel.
Previous Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Compensation & Opportunity:
$90,000–$95,000 annual salary plus health benefits and bonus opportunity.
