Job description
Chenequa Country Club in Hartland, WI is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team. This role reports to the Executive Chef and oversees daily kitchen operations, supervises staff, maintains food quality, and ensures efficient production and service for club events.
The Executive Sous Chef will help develop menus, train kitchen staff, manage scheduling and cost-control, and uphold sanitation and safety standards across high-volume service.
