Job description
Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training/Chief Executive Merchant in Training (CEMIT) to lead a big box flooring store. This role involves relocating to cities with store needs and taking on store leadership within 12–15 weeks.
You will develop a high-performing team, drive sales and ensure inventory control, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
