Job description
Kirby Ventures is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the leadership team across its portfolio of home service brands. The role is in-person in Raleigh, NC, and focuses on prioritizing strategic initiatives, coordinating projects, and ensuring execution across the portfolio.
The Chief of Staff will drive cross-functional communication, SOP creation, performance tracking, and ongoing operational improvements, partnering with executives and external stakeholders to create long-term value.
