Job description
Midcontinent-Independent-System is seeking a senior strategist to bridge corporate strategy with operational planning across the enterprise in Carmel, IN. You will own maps, measures, and roadmaps while guiding leaders through tradeoffs and dependencies to ensure aligned execution.
You will deliver executive-ready narratives, analyze internal drivers and external trends, and embed with business units to translate strategy into action.
