Pay Range
USD $60,000.00 – $120,000.00

Responsibilities
Anticipate and identify current and future trends and needs of the team to support store health and drive profitable sales.
Support leaders in creating an inclusive environment where teams value diverse voices.
Support organizational and operational change by focusing on HR priorities, practices, and impact.
Leverage guest insights and feedback to drive the business.
Promote a culture where teams love to work and guests love to shop.
Develop teams and leaders committed to continuous learning.
Coach and recognize the leadership team to ensure timely completion of training execution.
Build relationships with local community and engage store teams.
Be approachable and available for your team.
Support leaders with reviewing and publishing compliant schedules.
Develop a store staffing strategy and identify external hires.
Guide leaders in hiring and onboarding candidates.
Lead a team of HR Experts and HR Team Leaders to solve problems.
Plan and manage programs related to culture, pay, rewards, and benefits.
Develop and coach your HR Team Leader.
Establish a culture of accountability.
Lead investigations to address concerns.
Model a welcoming experience for guests.
Lead by thanking guests and showing appreciation.
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
Lead safety culture and performance of the department.
Lead an instore security culture.
Lead merchandise protection strategies.
Implement safety and security training and processes.
Address store emergency and compliance needs.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong business acumen.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable.
Interact with all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
Access all areas of the building as needed.
Interpret instructions, reports, and information.
Handle merchandise safely and move items up to 44 pounds.
Accurately handle cash register operations.
Flexible work schedule; reliable attendance.
