We’re partnering with an established leader in private aviation to appoint an exceptional Executive Vice President to lead and transform its global sales organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, this is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a market-leading business while leading a high-performing sales organisation of more than 30 professionals.
You won’t be expected to carry a personal book of business. Instead, you’ll create the environment, strategy and leadership that allows an exceptional sales team to thrive.
The opportunity:
This newly created executive position offers the chance to influence every aspect of the commercial function.
Working alongside senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, developing future sales leaders, improving commercial processes and implementing the systems and technology needed to support the next phase of growth.
You’ll lead senior sales executives across multiple regions while partnering with marketing, finance, operations and technology to continually improve commercial performance.
About you:
15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
At least five years managing senior sales leaders.
Experience leading multi-region commercial organisations of 25+ people.
A track record of scaling organisations supporting revenues in excess of $150 million.
Experience leading both new business acquisition and customer retention teams.
Exceptional executive communication and coaching skills.
A strategic mindset balanced with operational excellence.
Whilst private aviation experience would be advantageous, we’re equally interested in exceptional leaders from adjacent luxury and ultra-high-net-worth sectors.
