Dynamic Aviation Group Inc in Bridgewater, VA is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This role will lead HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives and oversee performance, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior role. Strong business acumen and HR expertise are essential. The position is primarily in-office in Bridgewater.
